Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture, psychological well-being (PWB), and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Lifestyles Hotel Surabaya. A quantitative approach utilizing a survey methodology was applied, with data collected through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. The study targeted the entire hotel workforce using a saturated sampling technique. Out of the total questionnaires distributed, 42 were returned and considered valid for further analysis, resulting in an 84 percent response and feasibility rate. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS version 25.  Findings indicate that organizational culture and psychological well-being significantly and positively affect employee job satisfaction, whereas work motivation does not show a statistically significant partial effect. However, collectively, the simultaneous effect of all three variables on job satisfaction is statistically significant. These results highlight the necessity for hotel management to reinforce organizational culture and promote employee psychological well-being to maximize job satisfaction. Consequently, these insights offer a valuable foundation for management to develop strategic initiatives aimed at sustaining and enhancing employee performance.
