This research examined the impact of competencies and professional experience on employee performance, with organizational culture serving as a mediating element at PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia. Employing a quantitative methodology through survey techniques, data were gathered via questionnaires directed at 130 employees, subsequently analyzed using SmartPLS and PLS-SEM. The findings of the research indicated that competencies and professional experience do not exert a direct positive effect on employee performance. Nevertheless, these elements exhibit a positive and significant influence on the framework of organizational culture. Furthermore, employee performance is positively and significantly affected by the organizational culture. The analysis of indirect effects corroborates that organizational culture effectively mediates the relationship between employee competencies and performance, as well as between professional experience and employee performance. These results underscore the strategic importance of organizational culture in enhancing corporate contributions, illustrating that enhanced competencies and professional experience can elevate employee productivity while nurturing a robust and supportive organizational culture to maximize human resource potential.
